Become a Neighborhood Outreach Leader!

We need many school supporters to please join our campaign team as a Neighborhood Outreach Leader, which is the most critical position in this campaign as it involves direct voter contact (but NO KNOCKING!). We are asking these team members to please do two rounds of "lit drop," or delivering doorhanger-style flyers to targeted households in or near your own neighborhood (or near where you work in the school district).

You would be asked to please place a single provided “door hanger” flyer at each household on your list. There is no need to knock on the door, just place the flyer on the door handle or under the corner of the doormat.

Here is what we would need you to do to help pass this critical levy for our schools and students:
1. Pick up the week of September 29 from our volunteer's porch box in Three Meadows your list that you will save for both rounds of lit drop (we'll let you know when they are ready, address, etc.).
2. Place your first batch of doorhangers on or around the weekend of October 4-5 (absentee voting begins that Tuesday).
3. SAVE your walk list for the next round!
4. Pick up your next batch of doorhangers from the same porch box (week of October 27).
5. Place your second batch of doorhangers on or around the weekend of November 1-2 to Get Out the Vote (Election Day is Tuesday, November 4).

Show Your Support in the Homecoming Parade

We're looking forward to making a big splash for the November 4 levy campaign by marching in the Perrysburg Homecoming Parade on Saturday, September 20! We hope you can join us to show our community how excited we are about this important issue. Parents/guardians, family members, employees and students (with parent or guardian) are encouraged to join us! Please bring your friends!

We'll be meeting at 9:15 a.m. for the parade lineup on Louisiana Ave. near 5th Street at the corner of the Commodore lawn. Please wear your Jacket Pride gear and bring a homemade sign to carry using Black and Gold that says: "Please Vote FOR Perrysburg Schools!" or "Preserve Perrysburg Schools!" You are welcome to bring a bag of candy to hand out along the parade route. We will also be taking photos throughout the parade to use on upcoming promotional materials, etc.

Yard Signs Now at O-Deer Diner

For those who would like a yard sign, you may now get one while supplies last by stopping by O-Deer Diner at 416 Louisiana Avenue! Please note that no signs will be delivered for this campaign - pick up only. Once you pick up a sign it is yours to keep and use for future campaigns.

Ensuring that the community hears about the need and importance of this levy from those of us who are very supportive is critical for this levy's passage. Please consider a donation of $25, $50 or $100 if you are able. You may donate via PayPal or mail a check to Citizens for Perrysburg Schools, c/o Eric Benington, Treasurer, 412 Rutledge Ct, Perrysburg OH 43551. The funds will be used for direct voter contact.
